the Shuurei wig project
so Fey got the book form Katie blair that is massively like informitive but once again has nothign I need for the project I want to do RIGHT NOW. but has other shinies I wish to read about ....later. anyhow... so the project casue my lame ass needs to work on something.

that wig? UNGH. so I did lots of "research" and drooled for hours over Kabuki plays befor trygin tos ee how they do their wigs. ok so trade secret. got it. I do know Wax is used...however first and formost rule anyone should know A WIG IS NOT HAIR so doesnt always take the same way. well.... so I'm going to try some silicon to felt with strips of hair across it. I also...to humore fey.... put a strip of hair oand silicon on wax paper. see...thign is... the properties of silicon sealent or any flexible adheasive is such that even wax paper? LAUGHS AT YOU. I know- I'm a prop maker. so... I did ti to apease her but we;ll see how it turns out.... in the morning.
my hope? get the most realiztic looking Shuurei wig. afterall that's why I took this costume...not the mountains of embrodery iv'e started doing cause I'm massacistc.
