i'm totally stoked that it's a Friday 'cuz that means there's music theory lessons, which indirectly means that I can whack out at that ol' score again (Vigorous Dance of the Golden Snake) before lessons start.
Although "teach" has said that I can move on to the next piece, which I actually like better 'cuz it has more technical variety and is less "loud" (re: less chords), I feel I must must MUST master the earlier one first.
In other words, I will be practicing the ol' piece still whilst fiddling with the new one + doing my tremelo practices (sigh) + practicing my "tiao ban" (translation: train left hand technique - jumping of frets) + practice my music theory on a daily basis.
At the same time, I will also have to squeeze in time to get my ass jogging again by next week as the flu should be cleared by then.
