Hello Kiddies,
Today's word of the day is "Incontinent"! Repeat after me, everyone, In-Con-Ti-Nent!
Basically, it can be used as an adjective (adj.) or a Noun (N.) [and some say verb (v.) too but that's only a rumor].
It means:
A land mass that may or may not be connected to a main land mass but is in a state of not being a continent
e.g. of the adjective use of the word: If kusu island were bigger, it would be a continent. Unfortunately, it's kind of incontinent.
e.g. of the noun form of the word: Australia is a continet whilst sister island is incontinent (well, kinda).
So remember, kiddies, when next you're preparing for your PSLE examinations or worse, a bachelor in business management, make sure to wow, bedazzle and bewitch your examiners with your profound grasp of the language. Use the word - INCONTINENT - today! : )
