and the just say yes policy is in effect. we will also be showcasing the new Thanksgiving Blend coffee all day (which is rather remarkable).

in updates: i survived the managers' trip to New Orleans, mostly. did get calls everyday but i felt worse for my partners (flooding toilets, etc).
my debit card number was stolen and used in Bogota so i got to find out how awesome and prompt Bank of America is with their response.
i have a new nephew; his name is Lincoln and was born on the same day as one of my niece's 1st birthday party.
i need to get up early so i can go do the voting thing with the mum and sis. so i need to go get WoW outta my system ;)
