Well, I almost got side swiped. I turned on to Santa Barbara from Golden Gate... I had to accelerate nicely to be sure I'd make the light and well there was some person driving a car ahead of me... I think it was some stupid St. John Neumann student... it looked to be a girl and I think she was a rookie driver... meaning she only had her permit... meaning she has to drive with a parent or other adultly figure (sorry for being an idiot). So anyways, I was driving down Santa Barbara right after the turn and she was behind a kind of slow tractor, though relatively fast, so she tried to get over, but I was beside her and a little back and I guess she didn't see me. There was really no one around as it was the back end of a light I had just gone through. She started to move into my lane, and it took me two seconds to organize myself and honk... two vital seconds. But I think she kind of saw me, but she went well into my lane, getting way too close to me. When she went back into her lane and I did pass her I looked over at the thing driving and she had a blank stare on her face and see was just looking straight ahead with no head movement.
Hopefully that made some sense and I painted a detailed video clip for you, just you.
Why I decided to write this is because I would likely never share this story any other way and because I thought it was a decent story to archive.
I think that's all I'll write about.
