I love that you have come out with a wonderful cult series about zombies taking over and people trying to survive.
I also love that you have Mad Men, because a) I love the style of the 60's and b) it was just a really scandalous time. I'm happy that it isn't on HBO, merely for the fact that i don't get that channel.
And last year, I really came to love your 'Fright Fest' event during October.
But... come one guys, you're really going to play ALL the SAME movies as last year?
God... the Halloween series is great.. but not when you see it every year, so stop pretty much revolving around just that.
I mean, Where's Nosferatus? Interview with a Vampire? (well that movie wasn't per say scary... but its still good.) Not only that, Wht not some Freddy Kruger in there too? Edward Scissor Hands anyone?
And really... you chose House of Wax this year.. only good thing about that movie was Paris Hilton dying. On top of that, you only play Cujo every five minutes; we get it, the giant dog is covered in blood and rabid... it gets old after awhile.
So, change it up a little bit won't you?
Here are some of my all time picks for you... maybe next year's Fright Fest won't be so boring.
Top Picks
Silent Night, Bloody Night (1974)
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
Evil Dead I or II (1980's)
The People Under the Stairs (1991)
A Tale of Two Sisters (Korean, 2003)
The Omen (1976)
The Changeling (1980)
In the Mouth of Madness (1994)
Hell Raiser (1987)
1408 (2007)
Deliverance (1972)
Psycho (1960)
Silence of the Lambs (1991)
Night of the Living Dead (1968)
The Exorcist (1973)
The Thing (1982)
There are a lot more out there, I've probably missed a lot of really good ones... please just do us all a favor and look around some instead of showing the same movies every year.
Much love~
