Kmart rants.....

Okay. Does ANYONE do refunds anymore? Seriously. Shit. I came in, and pulled my full cart of refunds from the service desk, went back to the fitting rooms, and there was half a row rack and ANOTHER full cart of refunds back there. So first, I have to go through the row rack and re-hang everything, because no one hangs stuff up right, I mean seriously. They put things on the wrong hangers, they don't face clothes the right way on hangers, don't zip or button anything, and they just slop things on the hangers, like seriously. It's crap.
Tonight Vickie told me about a woman who called Corporate on Carolyn T and gave the names of witnesses who had overheard Carolyn being a bitch to a customer, and she said she was never going to shop at Kmart again, and Kmart sent her a $100 gift certificate to get her back! Carolyn...should be fired.
Ashley Barnes called me at Kmart tonight asking if we were hiring and she said she put in her application and told Brenda she wanted her job back. If Ashley gets rehired...I will be mad. She's mean.
There are SO MANY things about Kmart that piss me off. Here's a few:
1. The way they treat Nick like shit.
2. The way they treat Amanda like shit.
3. The way the managers "pick favorites"
4. Some part-timers get 20 more hours than the other part-timers and sometimes even more than the full-timers
5. Jackie got TA just because she was friends with Keith
6. Certain people can get away with anything dress code wise but other people do the same thing and get in trouble
7. Carolyn T...enough said
8. Certain people thinking they can run the store just because they're friends with a manager
9. The dress code...ugh
10. The heat!
