Yay!!!! Here it is.. Oh how I love this - I love how you get right under Dean's melancholy-fuck-it-all-to-hell skin here. he was pretty sure that if he blew his brains out all over this sweaty motel pillow, apart from majorly pissing off Sam and the janitor, he’d only catapult himself back downstairs. Heh. So very Dean-like.

Full of your lovely touches, mate. He was aware that Sam - tall but solid, radiating anxiety like a convective heater and also He’d become so hands-off that he was practically in another country. Oh, me oh my that's perfect.

And then there's that moment at the end, that one nano second..::shivers:: Just fabulous and vividly done, as ever.

Whoa, powerful start! Love your take on Dean's mind-set here, the ongoing torture he's going through. You've captured both brothers beautifully and I'm eagerly ready for part 2 :)
