Unfortunately, as Beast Boy said, there is no way to get home. However, that doesn't mean you are on your own either. There are plenty of people, like those up above who are willing to help you out.

Okay, on either the D-Reader or the D-Comm, the two devices you have with you, search through the menus. You should find their map function. When you have found your location send it to me.

Oh! That's good. You should be safe there. Tetha is a giant floating island that is home to quite a few bird digimon. Better yet, there is a place you can stay close by.
