If they do another of these reality shows they should ban them all from constantly telling us how badly they want it and it's their life dream bla bla bla. DRives me insane.

However, I'm really pleased for Jodie, I can just see her as Nancy and I doubt anyone would be disappointed when they went to see her. I'm baffled by what they see in Jessie and why ALW and CM wanted her so much, she's been unable to take direction or change her performance in any way whatsoever in the last ten weeks and frequently sings out of tune. She also has a very weird quirk of her mouth which is very distracting to watch. IMO she needs to go away and do some growing up, along with some singing and stage lessons. I'm sure in a few years she'll come good, but she's nowhere near ready yet. Jodie may give a safe performance, but it'll be a damn good one.

I often wonder at these things, and I'd come to the conclusion it must sound really different in the studio compared to on the telly. I watched the last bit of Jonathan Ross today (the one I saw being recorded on Thursday night) and the band at the end didn't sound as bloody awful on the telly as they did in the studio (though they were still bad).

Wasn't impressed with Cameron's "I'm thrilled for Jodie" but I suppose there wasn't much else he could have said without looking like an enormous hypocrite. It looked like John and Denise were over the moon, though, so that was nice to see.

Haven't been watching the search, but I quite fancy seeing the show. Rowan Atkinson as Fagin should be great, and if Burn Gorman is Bill Sykes I'd definitely like to see that.

I got sucked into watching ITV's Britain's got talent. Very bizarre show and I'm rather concerned for the future of the young kid who won. I hope he has some strong sensible people in his life because I suspect he may be heading for 15 minutes of fame.
