I went to a seminar yesterday, supposedly about how we establish value systems (bla) but it somehow segued onto african-americans, and whether the high number of single-parent families in african-american communities vis a vis the general population is a cultural relict of slavery and so on bla bla.
anyway, i got to thinking, that was 200 years ago... what if it's just the same for the gays! Anyway, a nice masters thesis topic for someone there.

They have a Howard Hodgkin show on at the moment. I hate him, hate his work...
