Favourite characters: Satoshi, Daisuke, Kosuke, Towa-chan, Riku
Why:
Satoshi: Although some would expect me to say one of the reasons is because he wears glasses, it's actually his fault that I like that type of character. XD Besides that, I love how many levels his personality has. His cold and distant tendencies make me connect with him better than if all his motives were out in the open.
Also, he's voiced by Ishida Akira-san. ♥
Daisuke: It's very rare for me to like the main character, but he (like Satoshi) ended up being more complex than I initially thought. His kindness is moving and his occasional frantic mishaps are endearing.
Kosuke: He strikes me as being somewhat of an all-knowing enigma-type character. He doesn't seem to harbor any ill feelings towards anyone, and he seems to be the only one in the Niwa family who's all for Daisuke and Satoshi being close.
Towa: I love her spazzy personality. She can be random at times, but can be serious when necessary.
Riku: She's very down-to-earth in contrast to her sister. She's also a genuinely caring person to her friends/family. Also, her dislike for Dark amuses me.
Favourite pairings: SatoshixDaisuke (and reversed), DarkxDaisuke, and for the crack: SagaxDaisuke and ArgentinexTowa.
Why:
SatoshixDaisuke: It's been my OTP for a few years now, and isn't anywhere close to the random fangirling of "Oh, those two characters are cute together!" It's much deeper than that. I love the strong bond they have, whether it's friendship or something more. They have some of the most remarkable chemistry I've ever seen. Every interaction draws me in. I could go on a rant about this but the post would get too long. orz
DarkxDaisuke: This was initially my favorite before I was drawn into the SatoDai pairing. Dark and Daisuke care very deeply about each other, and I've always loved the way Dark teases Daisuke.
SagaxDaisuke: If this pairing is taken seriously, then it's one-sided. But most of the time it's for laughs, and I think Saga's borderline obsession with Daisuke is hilarious.
ArgentinexTowa: The Argentine Special showed a lot of tension between them. It struck me all of the sudden that Towa was acting very tsundere-like towards him, even though her character isn't a tsundere-type initially. The fact that Argentine tends to ignore all this makes me think it would be interesting if those two ended up together.
How did you get into the fandom?: I initially read the first few volumes from a classmate. Then, I watched four episodes of the anime, and was strangely hooked. Then I read the rest of the manga that was out at the time, and finished the anime. Needless to say, it's turned into quite the obsession for me. ^^;
Name one other series that would have an excellent crossover with DNAngel and explain why (because this meme maker loves crossovers): Kingdom Hearts, because in the Japanese version, Sora and Daisuke have the same voice, which would cause awkwardness (and I would love to see Satoshi's reaction). Nevermind the fact that crossovers with KH and anything are practically canon anyway.
Other stuff
Fandoms (besides DNAngel): Kingdom Hearts, Loveless, Kyou Kara Maou!, YuGiOh (only the original series, none of this GX and whatever the hell else they have now...), and a bit of Death Note and Tsubasa Chronicle (the latter is a recent development).
Interests: Both reading and writing fanfiction, drawing, and gaming. I'd like to try RP at some point, but haven't yet.
Anything else?: RedxBlue=Purple.
