Not a lot happenin....no more school so that leaves work...and Lance...and whatever other personal business I have to take care of.
Went to Memphis on Friday....tons of fun with my girls...it was Memphis in May a.k.a Big Bar B Q fest with lots of drunkeness!!! Good food! Friday night was quite a interesting night...first I got a little buzz going at Jeni's apartment...mind you I was the only one really drinking...cuz Jeni doesn't drink and Kelly only had like 2 and a half beers...which is enough to get her buzzin but i knew it wouldn't last long...anyways after we finished getting ready and i got a good buzz we went to the river...which is where this bbq thing was. Kelly's family was in the competiton so they had a tent set up with enough booze for a week...literally...they had already been there since mon and it was now fri...anyways...we ate good food and then i continued to bum beer from Kelly's family and her uncle kept giving me these shots out of a mini water cooler....i got the shit all over me but it was fun. as the night goes on her family far passes drunk....they had been drinking all day and it started to rain pretty hard so we decided to go...as soon as we leave everyone else starts leaving too because the tornado sirens are going off and they were announcing for everyone to leave the park...so mass hysteria in the pouring down rain...always tons of fun...especially when you're a little intoxicated....when we finally got up the big hill to go to the car...we forget where we parked...oh no!!! the the rain gets harder along with the wind...rain is painful when it is really windy so we seek shelter A.S.A.P. long story short we end up in this random guys studio apt...drinking $2.50 bottle beer and listening to some jazz music...not a bad way to wait for the rain to stop or a least slack off..then a nice lady drives us to our car because we didn't know how far away it was or if we would ever find it...so we are on our way home...finally...we're driving and boom...over a huge pothole....flat tire...damn! luckily Kelly has AAA...we wait inside a little coffee shop (keep in mind we are all soaked from head to toe) we ate some food to warm up some and chit chatted with the coffee shop ladies...mad props to the coffee shop ladies...killer waffles! finally we get the tire changed and get home...off to bed...it's been a long night. saturday we relaxed a little...did a little shopping and went to Bahama Breeze for dinner...yum! the jerk chicken pasta was awesome! Sun it was time to come home....*pouts bottom lip* it was a good trip...and it was lovely to see Jeni
