*glares at excessively. there is no way they could have used to be older, they'd remember that! right?! .... though... the crazy brown haired kid earlier had said...*

If you don't like it here, go away. No matter where we are or how hard it is to get here, our parents are looking for us.

My mother and father would never give up if someone was in trouble.

The problem is, would they be able to come here at all?

They'd find someway! Even if they had to go all the way to the Empress to find a way. Even if this is a whole nother world, they'd find me.

Hmph.

And there are other kids here who I bet their families would search just as hard.

And.... if they don't have parents anymore, then these people are going to take care of them.

I never said otherwise. It is in one's maternal instincts to care for children. The only true question remaining is if it is even physically possible for families to enter into this land. They can search all they want, but the possibility that they will actually arrive is almost nil. That is all.

...almost... wha?

They'll find a way. Hmph. That's the end of it. You just don't want to admit you are wrong for making people sad.

I will admit I am wrong when I see evidence. If I truly do see families arrive, then I will apologize gravely. In the meanwhile, there is nothing wrong about a bit of sorrow for the truth.

.... *figures he understood most of that*

You still didn't need to make all the grown-ups sad just for helping take care of other people.

Sadness is but a side-effect of honesty. And no medicine can cure the depths of unhappiness where the truth is necessary.

I apologize if I have made various people sorrowful. However, it is a sadly inevitable incident, though it is one that I regret nevertheless.

... *blinks a few times*

W...well as long as you are sorry.

And telling the truth is good too, I guess. Even if it's hard to understand.

Are you going to help take care of the other kids here now?

In due time. Though I suppose most of the caretakers would prefer that I stay away.

If you are nice to the kids I think it is okay. That one guy got drawn on and didn't even wake up when someone did it so they... need the help. *sheepish grin*

Huh? No. I didn't even see it, I just heard him when he woke up. >D And saw his face.

... You ought to pay more attention, and not shirk such duty when the opportunity comes.
