well so far this year has been a rough one.  Perhaps expensive is a better word.  Heater broke right before christmas.  Fridge broke right after.  A. had a car accident (with the kids) 2 weeks later and took the front off the van.  (that would be the only car we can all fit in.)  Then my friend passed away 4 weeks after that.  I'm hoping that

I hope things pick up soon for you too. I hope everyone was ok after the accident. Selling the house eh? Fun stuff! Scary and exciting all at the same time.

me too. but it's feeling like it's getting better. no one was hurt, thankfully. Mykeisha turned 8 in Nov and is no longer required by law to sit in a booster seat. (which drives Mikaila NUTS! she's only just turned 7!) She doesn't weigh enough, but is 4'4" so the ped said that she it was more height than weight so it should be ok. I've been hesitant and the day of the accident I asked her to please humor me and sit in the booster. The car hit on the side she was sitting and if Angie hadn't stopped fast enough it would have slammed into HER! Thank goodness she was still in the booster! Of course she still wants to sit without it, but I'm sure she'll be in it for a while longer! Angie stopped and the other car just took off the front of the van.

I hope the house sells while we are out of town!
