Ami is very well read, from Earth in the mid-1990's, and an excellent student in all subjects. As such, she has the potential to be able to fourth-wall literary characters and historical figures. I will not do this without double-checking that it's OK and asking how far to go or not go, but permissions here are always good for reference, too; feel free to comment here if applicable/desired.
Ami's Permissions:

Backtagging: Yes, please!
Threadjacking/threadhopping: Yes, please!
Fourthwalling Yes; with a fair warning in return that it will make her very wary of how the information could have been gained. (Read: She will probably discuss with the other senshi whether you might be an enemy, and go from there.)
ACTION
Fighting: Honestly, this almost depends on my mood at the time; ask first and something can probably be planned out.
Injuries: See above; just ask first. If it follows logically ICly, we can figure something out.
Killing: Not an absolute no, but I don't tend to like it a lot, either. So please just definitely discuss it first.
Telepathy/mind-reading: Possible but difficult; she has a strong will that has resisted it before. Again, if plot-relevant, it could probably be worked out, so just discuss first.
RELATIONS
Hugging: Really depends on situation, strength of relationship, etc. Check first/give a chance to pull away please unless you're her mom or one of the senshi.
Flirting: Protip: Ami is great to flirt with if you like complete flailing and blushing.
Kissing and/or other intimate actions: If in a dating relationship, eventually these are possible. Very eventually.
