Probably doesn't matter even if it does say, since the law relates to how old the characters APPEAR and not how old they are stated to be and I do worry about manga artwork ARGH). BUT ANYWAY more Junko in the world (and an official translated print release) is never a bad thing, right? Even if I can't have it for my bookshelf, right?
I feel Konbini-kun should be okay, personally.
