15: Meisetsu to Finish?
15: Meisetsu looks like it might be finishing soon? I might be wrong as I'm relying on an online translation of a tweet from the creator, but it seems that the next part is going to be the last. Perhaps one day it'll be scanlated in full (not sure whether it finishing makes it more or less likely to happen?). I tried to do some more poking around online to see whether I could find more information, but all I managed to turn up was the creator's new website and a Facebook page which seems to confirm that the creator is male (I always wondered!).
