ALL IT TAKES
So I finished watching Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san yesterday. I haven't had that much fun with a series in a long time, and I think it'll be great for rewatching too. But during the preview for episode 8, I saw something that made me go HUH WHAT DID I JUST SEE so of course I went straight into the next episode and HOLY FUCK IT'S A BLOND-HAIRED VERSION OF GINO (from Giant Killing).
(This is what flashed on screen for literally half a second in the preview...)
I am not sure how to explain the ridiculous scenario featured in this episode...
IT'S NOT JUST ME, RIGHT. RIGHT?
I mean, first there was the glimpse in that preview--
AND THEN HE'S WANDERING AROUND AND PEOPLE ARE ALL OVERCOME BY HOW MUCH HE LOOKS LIKE A PRINCE (THIS IS BEFORE HE TRANSFORMS INTO THE OUTFIT ABOVE WITH THE CROWN AND EVERYTHING--)
SURROUNDED BY FANS AND LOOKING PERFECTLY ALOOF/BORED
AND TOTALLY NOT CARING ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF HIS ACTIONS
I laughed SO HARD over these two episodes. I don't know whether it is some kind of misplaced transfer of affections due to the Gino resemblance or just that ALL PRINCES LOOK THE SAME and I obviously have a type, but I have somehow developed a thing for Beelzebub in his human form. RIDICULOUS ANIME. RIDICULOUS CRUSH. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY AKUTABE LOVE (still there but a bit subdued). I CAN'T HELP IT! I TRIED TO STOP IT. I'M STILL TRYING TO STOP IT, BUT HALF-HEARTEDLY. AN EXAMPLE OF THIS INTERNAL DEBATE IS BELOW.
