I really want to take a self indulgent moment and use this space to complain about people complaining. Because I'm sick of it.

Firstly, although I worry it somehow marks me out as anti-British, I'm sick of people complaining about the weather; but I'm ESPECIALLY sick of people complaining about people complaining about the weather.

I don't know if it worked for anyone else, but Snap Day for me was an unmitigated failure, and I didn't even participate. My university's password regulations:

• Must be something easy to remember, so you don't need to write it down.  - actually, that's just common sense.
• Must be changed every five months.
• Must contain caps, lower case, characters and numbers. This is just common sense.
