Did you actually get up at quarter past five? *boggles* Or did you sleep before reading? Also, I used to have that exact alarm clock!

Is what I was going to ask.

But having encountered what she considered a lie-in when she visited, yes, I suspect she did.

I couldn't sleep!

Honestly, I think it was mostly nerves about doing a photolog that day. I have no idea.

Awww! I knew you were an early bird but that seemed a little excessive.

I have a question about the bubbles. Are they the ones that stay in bubble form for ages? I once came into my office and someone had covered a computer in them. Ever since then I've wanted some.

Is it worth asking why poor old Sam is dressed as a ladybird? :)

I have no idea. I just turned around and he was pulling it on under duress from someone much smaller than him

LEAH PLAYLIST!!!

"Hope For Me Yet" played three times while I was at work last night, with my iPod on shuffle. I think the universe is asking us to scene.

OK! ♥

That might be better anyway. Sam is technically stuck somewhere en route to North Dakota with Jo and Dean, and depending on whether or not Weaves ever returns, that might have to be handwaved. But Sokka is 100% free, and Mel-Sokka is always for awesome.

Wow, what a great idea! I'm not doing the entire 30 days of meme thing, but this is a great example of a photo journal. I've always felt slightly uncomfortable about trying to do it because of the issue of consent from other people in the photographs - e.g. I assumed I really couldn't do a typical day at work because of my students. But you've done a really good job of evoking what you were doing without needing to be reliant on pictures of other people (apart from your chum there in the ladybird suit) - plus I like the format of the small pictures. Now that I've got this as a model, I'll see about giving it a go.

Chum in the ladybird suit was totally responsible for the dry ice in my tea, too.
