snapesbabe makes a very good post about William Sanders of Helix magazine and his blatent racism and consequential arseholish behaviour.

Go read it, I have noting better to say on the subject.

I agree. There are certain people I can't have on my F List, and I have defriended a few for being bigoted or just plain stupid when trying to engage in a reasonable discussion.

Can I do the opposite? Please tell me when I'm being an idiot, even if it's just a tiny, minor idiot thing, because I am very poor with my communication skills thing (thank you, developmental disabilities!) and am trying to seriously improve at how my words come off.

So, I mean, you can call me out twice.

Not only do I not have a problem with it, I'm with snapesbabe on thinking that's actually one of the nicer things I've been told in a while. :) It's very good to have friends like that.

I agree. When I post things, it's with the expectation and understanding that I'm placing them in a forum for open discussion.

...you know, I'm with the other folks who said this. This is probably one of the nicer things I've heard, actually.

And I have no problem with being called out - like Jennie who you quoted, I can't promise that I won't try and defend myself, but I'll listen and not dismiss and have no basic issue with it.
