You have two options.

1) This is an April Fool's joke, implying the Evening Standard think rape is a joke.

2) Nick Erikson of the BNP actually did write the following posts on his blog:

Give Her a Slap! The truth is that Home Office figures have shown that there is an equal amount of violence perpetrated by men and by women, but the feminist media keep repeating the myth that virtually all domestic violence is men attacking women.
Rape: Lies, Lies, LiesWomen enjoy sex, so this type of 'rape' cannot be such a terrible physical ordeal. To suggest that rape, when conducted without violence, is a serious crime is like suggesting that force feeding a woman chocolate cake is a heinous offence. A woman would be more inconvenienced by having her handbag snatched
He claims to have a point: "I was trying to make the point that there are two kinds of rape," he said. "There is stranger rape and there is so-called rape by somebody the woman knows. I was raising an important issue in a provocative way to allow people to make up their own minds."
But me, I'm not so sure what that point is.

Thanks to brain_opera for the heads up.
