OK, weekend plans:
Tonight: Millibrit Drinkings
the_croupier is in town, and we have settled on the Wincester Head Doric Arch in Euston from 6.30ish onwards. This pub is right in the Euston bus station, outside the train station, to the East.
Directions from the Euston tube escalators: head straight on from the escalator, around the shops and out of the doors next to WH Smith. Once outside, bear to the right towards a separate building.The Doric Arch is at the corner nearest the buses. If you hit a road, you've gone too far.
Directions from Euston Square underground: from the turnstyles, turn right and go up the stairs to ground level. Turn left and follow the Euston Road. It's 5 minutes walk to Euston Station, and the pub is on the far end of the bus area. Walk through the bus stops and the pub is overlooking the area.
