I do wish museum websites would include titles on the staff directory page. Not because I think it's anyone's business in a directory like that whether you're a miss, mrs, or dr, it's just... when I'm establishing initial email contact with a person, I don't like to use first names, and Dr. can be offensive to someone who hasn't got a PhD, and I don't know whether to use Mr. or Ms. !!11!oneoneone!
