Where I Say I'm Going On Hiatus, But Not Really Mean It
Graduation came and went. To put it simply, it was awesome. The food was nice, the company was great and I had a fun night. The money I spent on the dress and those heels were justified. :) Though, those pretty 3-inch heels were hell to wear after traipsing around in them for 4 hours straight. My feet never loved flat ground so much the moment they touched them.
I slept throughout the whole day of Saturday, and then some. Should most probably upload those Graduation Night pictures soon onto Facebook, but I detest.
I totally forgot about orchestra practice on Sunday morning, and now I'm deliberating whether I should perform with them this Friday for my school's Charity Dinner. Sure, it might be in front of the Queen, but seriously, it's not like she's going to give me a scholarship right? After all, SPM is just *pauses and counts* 24 days away.
Wait, did you just say 24 days? SHIT.
Talking about scholarships, there might still be a chance for me to accept Taylor's offer. I dunno what's with my dad, he calls me up last night and asks about my acceptance letter out of the blue. And then he just says he'll try and work something out. Next day comes, and no word of it is spoken. Which made me wrote this on my FB feed:
"Good things come to those who wait. Remind me not to put all my eggs in one basket, just in case."
-> Forget about it. That went down the drain pretty fast. Why I even bothered to get my hopes up astound me. I should know better than that now. I would like to add an expletive, but I won't, because I haven't come round into making this journal friend-locked yet. <-
Bah. I checked out the National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) website for loans. And then I remembered that they only give out loans for diplomas and degree courses only. T_T Nothing whatsoever for Pre-U.
I forgot to add. I'm going on hiatus. Seriously. See you back here after the 8th of December!
