When Blaine woke up that morning, as usual, his first thought was to try and feel for where Kurt was. If they had been at home in their own bed, that would usually lead to his hand connecting with any part of his husband's body (it never mattered what), and then curling into him to doze back off until the alarm went off. But this time, when Blaine reached it was like every single little fibre of him hurt. "O-Oww... ow... Kurt... hn, ow..." he whimpered and tears sprung to his eyes while he was forced to remain still in case it all hurt even more.
Ohhh, sore... really, really sore... Blaine didn't like being sore. Why the hell was he so damn sore? He tried to get his bearings and hot tears spilt down his temples and one even trickled into his ear as he pried his eyes open to try and figure out what was happening.
