It was not an easy day for Rachel, after over sleeping, she entered a kitchen covered in flour, milk and eggs, a living room covered in what she assumed was red finger paint she set forward to cleaning up the messes while her daughter ate breakfast. As the day progressed, Rachel was beginning to sense that she was walking right into a day full of terrible two tantrums that could rival her own storm outs when heated enough.
When Puck knocked on her door, Rachel had reached wits end and was about ten seconds away from throttling her daughter or curling up in a corner and crying until the day was over or given up on everything. Weren’t the terrible twos supposed to be a thing of the past by this stage? She sighed, sending a simple glare to Charlotte as she headed towards the door. “Charlotte Grace, I swear to God if you don’t turn around and face that corner I’m locking you in a tower until you’re fifty.” She pulled it open and gave Puck a weary smile before crouching down to his son’s level with a slightly larger smile. “Hi! You must be Benny” she offered her hand out for him to shake. “I’m Rachel, and the little girl in time out is Charlotte. Do you like to color?”
