i am moving back home this september when my lease is up. my roomates still want to live there so i am trying really hard to find someone to move in for me!
its a 3/2 duplex seriously across the street from ucf on walden woods dr.
we have a fenced in back yard with a fire pit and just over the fence is pegasus connection
we have really good cable, washer and dryer, and sweet neighbors.
rent is $300 a month + a third of utilities which is about $100
my roomates are really awesome girls looking for another girl to move in.
they have three cats, so you would have to be okay with that.
its a really fun place to live and i wish i could stay, but i am moving back in with my parents so the move in date is really flexible. you could move in basically at any time this fall.
