Dear Author,
This is my first participation in any kind of fic exchange, and I’m beyond excited. First of all, thank you for writing me a fic, trust me, I know it’ll be awesome. But let’s get to the point: these are optional details; you are absolutely free to write gen, het, femslash, incest, threesome or moresome, fic with plot or explicit sex. You can totally ignore the little prompts I’ve written, but please do try to watch out for my squicks.
My general likes:
- I like gen fics, so if you are uncomfortable with my preferred pairings (I mostly like non-canon things), you can write a gen fic. I love character studies.
- I like the darker fics, so you can write any issue fic - or fic with issues is in it - I love them. You can write anything which is darker and edgier than the canon, you can write tragedy, unhappy ending, I like to cry.
- But if you can’t write those, I like the happy fics too, but not too fluffy.
My squicks:
- Curtain fic, domestic fic.
- Watersport, scat, necrophilia, somnophilia, to name a few.
- All human AUs, I like canon divergence, fantasy or dystopian AUs, but I’d rather not read any coffee shop!AU and the likes.
Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters (Gretel)
I absolutely fell in love with Gretel’s character, because let’s face it she’s a badass in a medieval era. So I’d like to read a gen fic about absolutely anything: Gretel’s childhood, her training, or post-movie hunting.
My preferred pairing: Hansel/Gretel
My squick pairing: Ben/Gretel.
Mirrormask (Helena Campell, Anti-Helena)
I’d like to think of Anti-Helena as a redeemable character, so anything with that. Or some Valentine/Helena fic, I adore this pairing so much. But again it’s up to you, author, I love these two characters, so anything is fine.
My preferred pairing: Valentine/Helena, Anti-Helena/Helena
Revolution (Charlie Matheson)
My big fault is that I adore her and there is so much hate for her I don’t understand. I really like her character’s mixture of innocence and determination, and the fact that she always wants to do the right thing and yet she’s willing to kill without blinking an eye for the ones she loves. I like Dark!Charlie too, so I don’t mind if you play with the character.
My preferred pairing: Monroe/Charlie, Miles/Charlie, Monroe/Charlie/Miles
My squick pairing: Jason/Charlie
The Cape (Jamie Fleming/Orwell)
I’d like to see a confrontation between Jamie and her father, and how would Vince react when he finds out whose daughter is Orwell. Or again absolutely anything is good.
My preferred pairing: Vince/Orwell
Darkest Powers (Chloe Saunders, Victoria Enright)
The Darkest Powers’ crew meeting the Darkness Rising’s, because that’s where the story is headed in the next book. But I’d like to read about Tori finding out that her brother is Simon.
My preferred pairing: Simon/Tori, Derek/Chloe.
Divergent (Tris Prior)
Absolutely anything, but bonus point if it’s Peter/Tris set in somewhere in the second book.
