It's already bumbershoot weekend, and I'm not sure if I'm going. There are some great bands playing, but some of the conflicts have me really conflicted. Today *might* be workable. Anyone else have plans?

I just looked at the schedule, and it looks like Saturday and Monday are the most likely days for me to see. A casual glance at Sunday only shows me the Weakerthans as a "must see" band, in the Exhibition Hall which, over the years, has proved to be the worst venue to see a band that I know of ( Read more... )

Anyone else excited for the return of Battlestar Galactica tonight?

So, today I was driving south on I-5 to meet a friend for lunch. As I got to the bit of the freeway that sorta jogs over in tukwila, just before it crosses interurban, I saw one of those big fifth wheel trailers for camping cruising along.
