I like that Stiles was all like "He and Ryan must be friends." I know in High School whenever there was a new kid people would judge whether or not they'd be friends almost instantly so that part was pretty realistic imo.

Yup, Gary Stu is the male equivalent to a Mary Sue. And I think I've done some reading and stuff on it, and Ryan isn't really turning out to be a Gary Stu so I'm happy.

Although, according to the link that you gave me, Ryan is for sure a Gary Stu. Which, I do acknowledge because the role I thought up for him is kinda important. Um. Oops?
