All of these women, are women I not only adore but look up to and respect as well.
10. Rachel McAdams
I have adores Rachel since I first saw her play Regina George in Mean Girls in 2004. I remember watching her in that and saying 'That is someone I will continue to watch out for!' I've seen her in a fair amount of movies. Mean Girls, The Notebook (Still my favorite role she's ever played), Red Eye, Family Stone, and Sherlock Holmes and I loved her in each and every single one of those roles. I still ship Ryan and Rachel like no other, they are perfect together, really they are! She is also incredibly beautiful and a fantastic actress.
9. Zooey Deschanel
I first saw Zooey in 'Elf' in 2003 and I remember thinking that she was the most adorable person ever, which she like totally is. I adore her in Bridge To Terabithia and in 500 Days of Summer (which I am actually watching as I type this) I really just think she's an amazing actress and I really adore her, also her fashion sense is amazing.
8. Sophia Bush
Sophia, I dont even remember the first thing I saw her in but I just remember loving her right away. I watched the first 3 seasons of One Tree Hill when they were on and then I stopped watching (mostly because my mother wanted me too, I was quite young when the show was on so there were some inappropriate things for me in there) but even though I stopped watching OTH I never stopped loving Sophia, everything I see her in she is just amazing. Her style and personality shine and she is such a great role model. She is also insanely gorgeous.
7. Blake Lively
Even though on Gossip Girl Serena annoys the shit out of my I am completely in love with Blake. I first saw her in The Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants, I believe and she was playing Bridget who was my favorite of all the girls (mostly because she loved soccer) I loved her from then on. When I saw that she was going to be in Gossip Girl I just had to watch. As much as Serena can annoy me so much, when she needs to Blake makes me love her all over again like I did in the first season. I think Blake is an amazing actress and incredibly talented and not to mention beautiful.
6. Leighton Meester
I was first introduced to Leighton on Gossip Girl. To be honestly I did not like Blair that much at first (I adore her now, she's my favorite) but I always liked Leighton. I loved her acting and what she brought to the character of Blair. I really started loving Blair in episode 3 of the first season when she and Serena talked at the end, Leighton made me cry and I realized what an amazing actress she is. I personally think she's the best on the show. I adore her singing voice and I am so excited for her CD to come out. Though some of her real life choices are hit and miss, everything that she wears as Blair is incredibly gorgeous. I do love Leighton's style as well, it's fun and quirky just like she is. Basically I adore her.
5. Jayma Mays
This is where the choosing for this list started to get hard. Jayma is one of the most adorable people I think I have ever seen. I mean come on, look at her FACE in the third picture. How adorable is she? I love watching her as Emma on Glee every week, she is picture perfect for the role, I cannot imagine anyone else playing her. She always makes me feel all of her emotions as Emma and I just want to hug the stuffing out of her. Her singing voice is like a Disney Princess. aka it's gorgeous. She needs to sing more on Glee because it will make me extremely happy and I will love the show even more. Jayma is incredibly gorgeous and she is such an amazing actress. It was really hard for me to place her at number 5, but the top 5 are my absolute favorite women in Hollywood at the moment.
4. Dianna Agron
Dianna! I was first introduced to her on Heroes in season 2, but I didn't know it was her at the time, so really I just say I first saw her in Glee. This girl makes me love Quinn even when she is at her bitchiest. Dianna brings such depth to Quinn that I don't think anyone else could do. When she cries, I cry and every time she does I want to hug her until she stops crying. Dianna is just so incredible. She is an amazing actress, her voice is beautiful and she is stunning. I cannot wait to see what this incredibly talented young woman has in store for us in 2010!
3. Kristin Chenoweth
Words cannot describe how much I look up to Kristin Chenoweth. She is a little pack of dynamite! She's 4'11 and probably the most spunky person on the plant. This women has such an incredible voice that it in not right. Her voice is pure heaven it really is. Kristin was the original Glinda in the hit Broadway sensation 'Wicked' which happens to be the first live Broadway show that I saw, earlier this year in April. Watching her perform is mesmerizing and I can't even think of another word. Her dedication, class, beauty, integrity, professionalism and talent just radiate off of the screen every time I watch her. When she was on Glee I was like the happiest person on the planet, it made me love her even more, I hope she gets to return to the show. I just started reading her book (which I got for Christmas) and I love her a million and fifty thousand times more than I did before. I can't wait for her return to Broadway.
2. Lea Michele
Lea is without a doubt one of my biggest inspirations at the moment. She is gorgeous, talent, sweet, funny, adorable, kind, and sexy all rolled into one. The first thing I saw Lea in (on youtube) was Spring Awakening which is one of my FAVORITE Broadway shows. I remember watching/listening to her and being in awe of her. When I saw the promo for Glee back in March, and I saw her face I knew I would watch the show just for her. Even if it sucked (yeah right) I would continue to watch for this woman right here. Every time she opens her mouth to sing I am pulled in, her voice is incredible. I would kill to have a voice like that. I definitely hope that one day I can have at least the fraction of the talent that she has. I cannot wait until Glee comes back in April so that I can see more of this beautiful woman on my TV every week. I hope that one day I can have a career just as amazing as her. I cannot wait until she releases a CD, I will be first in line to buy it.
1. Carrie Underwood
Now really is anyone surprised?
Carrie Marie Underwood, (soon to be married to Mike Fisher) has been my Idol since she auditioned for American Idol, when she won the fourth season of American Idol on May 25th 2005, I knew that she would be not only my Idol but the person that aspire to be. She is not only beautiful, kind, gracious, sweet, loving, caring, adorable, mesmerizing, talented, fantastic and I could go on for hours, she also has one of the most INCREDIBLE voices I have ever heard in my 16 years of life. No one really knows how much I look up to this incredible 26 year old woman from Checotah Oklahoma. She has helped me through the toughest times of my life and she doesn't even know that she has. I have seen her in concert twice and those have been two of the most amazing times of my life. Her music not only inspires me but it makes me feel just plain good. When I listen to her even if I have incredibly sad she makes me smile, I look at a photo of her and I smile. She inspires me to follow my dreams, she gives me the confidence boost that I need when I feel bad about myself. This incredible woman has helped me so much and if I ever got the chance to meet her I would tell her just how much she has changed my life because she has. I will forever be thankful to American Idol for bringing this wonderful inspiring person into my life. She is my idol forever and always.
