I haven't written about the tv in a long time, but I have to comment on last night's episode of Lost. First, I was confused about why my tivo had recorded it, since I have it set to record only first run episodes of the show, and it was last season's finale. And then I discovered that they had added the most hilarious "informational" pop-up things. My absolute favorite? Right at the beginning when Jack and Kate are talking about the Others, and the screen said
"The Others are a community..." (well that is one way to put it)
"comprised of people..." (They're people? Really? Who knew?)
"who have lived on the island for a long time." (That's it? That's your big insight into the Others?)
That being said, I am still excited about tonight's season premiere...though I am not looking forward to the painful voiceovers that are sure to accompany the recap episode.
