oh HO! i should say i think things went very well with the baskets, very well indeed. i think some people are getting into the spirit of it, what with morag and ron dating now, good riddance to bad rubbish, i say ron. not that i mean you are rubbish hermione, because you certainly are not but you have to admit that there was an awful lot of yelling when the two of you were not...um...well you know-ing in the common room.
speaking of such things, i haven't seen any of one mr. anthony goldstein lately. i think he is psyching himself up for the quidditch season, where he knows i can't wear ravenclaw colors, but that doesn't mean that i want him to lose, i hope he wins wins wins! just not against gryffindor. oh the whole quidditch thing is very complicated indeed, it's very hard to have a boyfriend in such a position of power, you know. because if he wins, he is very happy and merry and likes to have a few victory snogs, which i cannot say i mind at all actually because have i told everyone what a great kisser he is? clean teeth, that is the secret boys, very clean teeth. but if he loses, he is very glum and i have to bring over baked goods and give massages, not that i mind because he has very masculine shoulders that are just yummy really, but it is sad to be with a sad boyfriend and you can't rightly be happy that your team won, and if he wins you can't rightly be happy because your team lost, now didn't they?
it makes me wonder how he handles being friend with zacharias, who is nice and all but my, wouldn't that be terrible? no matter who wins someone else has to lose! i ought to make a sport where no one ever loses at anything, that would be absolutely spiffing, now wouldn't it?
anyway, anthony! i will try not to make you heavy cakes because i know how they slow you down before practise but maybe you would come to common and taste some new recipes? i will feed them to you. it will make everyone jealous and also there will be sweets! you cannot lose! it's a new sport where everyone is happy! i call it "sweet eating and snogging!"
