Like punctuation points//the planets bend between us
I am having a really good Thanksgiving break so far.
I am...I have weird and mixed feelings about Thanksgiving break. On one hand, a week off from school. Hell, yeah.
On the other, on this particular Thanksgiving break, I have a project I have to get mostly done, and in general, it's not really not stressful to have a week off, come back, have, like, a week of school, and then have finals.
But, also, I can't do too much about it now, and I am enjoying my break thus far.
I saw Sophie (Little Sister) in her play at school, which she actually had a semi-big (like, named and had more than two lines) part in.
(Said play was 33 Swoons, based on the writings of this guy, roughly four hours long, and made me want to die. Not badly acted, just...awful.)
I have also spent relaxed time with my mama (and eaten her chili--hell, yeah!) and a some of my girls, and watched a whole hell of a lot of movies (Shanghai Noon, The Descent, Megamind, Harry Potter 7 pt.1, Daybreakers...and I feel I could be missing at least one in that list.)
(A note: Megamind is fantastic. I adored it. See it. Love it.)
Tomorrow, I'm going on a hike with my dad--it'll be just me and him, and I don't...really ever get to spend as much time as I'd like with my dad. I'm very excited.
And then more friends, family, holiday, and awesomeness after that.
And I got some freakin' fantastic news involving one actourdreams and her ability to fly out to visit this spring and !!!!!!!!!!!! yeah. :D ♥
