Oscar Wilde and Jane Austen, BFFs 4Evah!!! <3
I was browsing through Borders and two teenage girls, no older than 15 were searching for a Jane Austin book (possibly Pride and Prejudice and Zombies since they didn't seem to be having any luck and they were in the right area for Jane Austin).
They were going on about how Jane Austin was *way* smart and then one of the girls said really loudly, "OMG, Jane Austin and Oscar Wilde should so totally be like best friends for ever. They could GO TO MALLS AND CHECK OUT THE GUYS TOGETHER and decide which ones were hot or not!!! They would have brilliant conversation and noone else would understand." After this, there was squeeing and clapping.
I...I kinda really want to read that now. o.o
