I had some dumb fucking dream about someone saying a robot was queer and I think it's because I had originally signed up for that November prayer a day thing that ADF did, and someone wrote a prayer that was like "I seek to understand AI" and someone was like this is bullshit, it's an affront to the deities we worship, and I was like yeah it absolutely is, the environmental cost of AI is completely antithetical to revering the natural world and the Kindred. the guy was like "i just want to understand it" as though it were some kind of sentient being! it's not sentient! is this the same guy who posted in r/Shinto asking if funko pops had kami??? dude please grow a brain. that's like being on AOL in 2004 and being like hmmm how can I understand SmarterChild??? it's a program written by people to steal information from other people to make it seem more like a person. it's not something people have ~created~ that can ~think~. anyway i left the group after i was like "come on man this is BS" so i have no idea if that guy replied to me but anyway what a dumbass. it takes a lot for me to not be rude but maybe people need to be told they're being a dumbass! idk! whole lotta headassery out there.
