Got accosted by 6 different people along the lines of "you should be reported to the rspca for having a dog in such a state"

At least they're concerned about dogs; maybe they'll feel bad later and make a donation.
However, as a total bonus there is no bloody way this dog has kennel cough.
They heard her coughing on the morning of her putative spay: I haven't heard a jot. Slightly runny nose, that's all I've seen, and even that is just damper than a usual nose, not really running. Perchance she merely had something irritating her throat?
