My idiotic best friend was being ridiculous today:
Her: The new Neil Diamond CD is out today.
Me: I’ll get right on that.
Her: Should I buy it?
Me: Why would you buy a Neil Diamond CD?
Her: I like some of his songs.
Me: Well, who doesn’t like some of his songs? That doesn’t mean you need to run out and buy the new Neil Diamond CD.
Her: The new Neil Diamond CD is out today.
Me: I’ll get right on that.
Her: Should I buy it?
