So I seem to write Sherlock BBC fic now as well then. Perhaps I should apologise to my f-list for dallying in too many fandoms, but I can’t help it. They’re all so shiny! Heh. Plus this was a prompt from mahmfic on comment_fic. Like honey to flies, those things are.

This is so perfect! Sherlock definitely wouldn't work for most people as a therapist, but true to form he works as a therapist for John, because he - and I love how you've put this - makes John feel like he's seen, like he's alive again.

Wonderful character voices, snarky humour, perfect tie-in with ASiP; this was lovely. :D

Thank you! Yes, I figure that Sherlock may not be a conventional therapist but that he'd work for John and maybe also other war verterans, with his 'lack of bullshit' and seeing them so thoroughly, not letting them sink into themselves or pussy foot around them when they're used to military life. I'm so glad you think that works :)
