batch #3: it's puzzle time!

Phi Brain is the most awesomely absurd show I've watched this year. It's ridiculous to the point where you just have to love it. There's poofy-headed villians, a bad guy who throws tantrums worse than a little kid, a wacky central cast of five, and ... wait for it, puzzles!
Yes, this show is all about puzzles. And the feelings of puzzles.
Since I like puzzles and things of that variety, I gave this show a try, not expecting much. Then I got hooked. Mostly just so I could laugh at Kaito's, "It's puzzle time!" And the funky techno music playing in the background. After that, the show only got better once the character introductions were out of the way.
We have a little genius boy who looks up to Kaito and watches him bathe and monopolizes his time and basically has the biggest man!crush going, a trap that makes our main character blush, a gangster-sounding redhead who attempts to show Kaito who's boss and fails spectacularly, becoming bffs with him instead, and lastly the mysterious childhood friend with the poodle-hair who Kaito obviously sold his heart to back in England.
There's also Nonoha, who makes other girls go sparkly-eyed and kicks more ass before breakfast than Jackie Chan. Seriously, there is so much you can poke-fun at with this series, but I love it to pieces. No puzzle pun intended.
I blame Rook. And Bishop. Yeah. The baddies-turned-goodies are always the ones to blame.
Er, I got distracted - this isn't a post just to pimp a fun-tastic series to watch. And it is a fun series, especially if you're having a crap day and need a laugh.
But the real reason for this post is the icons! I have yet to see icons for this show and that had to be fixed.
