Merlin cast to grace our fair waters..

To really get this day to end with a bang, I went through screen shots of Merlin episodes to find potential banner material. I've already started working on one, and hoped to have it finished by today. In fact, it was finished but I was doing it at my friends place and just as I was about to merge, I came across a glitch, I'll sort it out soon enough, this is the only screen cap I have of it, it's been worked on much more. And another dodgy example made real quick on paint

Here's an overview of what I have in my head!

GOAL: To bring the cast of Merlin to Australia
TARGET: Channel Ten
TARGET MARKET: Merlin Fans of Australia

PROMOTIONAL STRATEGIES:

1. Letters to the department in charge of Merlin. There wont be one entire department dedicated to Merlin, but currently it is unknown to me and once clarified, I'll post it up.
2. Petitions signed by those who may not be able to write to channel Ten.
3. Buzz marketing conducted through various internet ploys.

I think a customized letter head or some sort of seal/logo to be attached to as many letters/petitions to certify it's originality.
By buzz marketing I mean banners, sigi's, forum invasion, youtube and face book.

ALSO

I've been wanting to send BJ and CM a care package and I had the idea of making a video about Australia, include some history but in a funny, stupid way, then go on to show all the Merlin happenings in Australia. And If I could, get people from every state/city, makes their own short video, and I'd compile it as one.

Open to suggestion and ideas. All those on board say 'I'
