Information.
Please read the rules under the cut. These are the rules broken down.
Not accepting trades at the moment.
In a nutshell.
-Some items are handmade, so be careful with them.
-Shipping is not included unless stated so, and that is only within Canada.
-i ship internationally.
-I accept Paypal (preferably) and concealed cash.
-I will only ship out after I recieve payment.
-I do trade. (Check my wish list.)
-NO refunds or returns.
Some items for sale is made by hand, and with a great amount of care.
Everything is inspired by imagination, food, animals and objects.
Items are made with baked clay, and is very durable, yet light weight.
Ribbons, beads and other small items are also used.
A lot of items also sold are somewhat used, or brand new. We will never sell broken items, unless cracks or stains are stated. In this case, most items will be marked down.
Trades:
Most items are up for trade unless stated otherwise.
You must ask, and depending on if I think it's worth it, I may trade.
If I see something I'd like to trade you for, all systems are GO.
While trading I will always follow up on my promises. Even if I have low feed back, I will stick to what I say, and I expect you to do the same!
While processing trades (or sales) with people who have almost no feedback I would much rather recieve payments or items before they are shipped off, so I can understand how others feel the same way. Deadbeats are very time consuming, and aggrivating.
Holding Items:
I will hold items for people who request that a certain item be held.
I will not hold an item for more than 4 days!
Picture requests:
If you feel that you are having trouble seeing an item, I will try to take a new picture for you on request, simply leave a comment stating so. Also, feel free to ask questions on the condition of an item. Most items will state if there is something wrong with them, but if you are worried, once again. ask.
Custom:
We're currently NOT taking requests.
Please remember to be specific while making your request. Colors and examples are key in order to fill in any requests.
We will start making all items after payments are received and they will be shipped as soon as they're finished.
[Please keep note that all items are hand made, so it will take a few weeks to fill an order. We will e-mail you once we've shipped your custom item.]
Payments:
We do accept paypal.
We do accept Consealed Cash.
I would prefer money sent to me in CAN/USD dollars ONLY.
All payments must be recieved before I send out.
If you chose consealed cash, hide it, it's not my problem if it
never reaches me. I only send out after I've recieved it.

Send outs depend on Feedback on YOUR journal!
I will always notify you if I am going to end up sending something out late,
and when I will be sending out your items.
Shipping:
An e-mail will be sent out to you telling you that your item has been shipped.
- Shipping prices aren't included unless stated otherwise. If they are included,
it's only shipping within Canada.
I do ship internationally, so remember shipping will be more expencive in some cases.
Any lost/damaged items or packages are not our problem once sent off, but feel free to tell us about it.
If you send us a picture, we may make you a new one (If we made it), or give you a discount on your next purchase. Remember, some items are hand made, and it is possible that some things may un-glue. Some things are easily fixed with household items, seeing as that's how they're made, and many fixes can be found in local stores.
We do not accept any returns.
Under no circumstances will we provide a refund!
About the Jewelry:
As it's been said many times, most jewelry is all handmade, and should be kept in a safe place. Although the clay is very durable, they may break along with any joints or beads if not treated with care
Do not place any items under water.
None of the chains/bindings are suitable for allergic skins, and should be kept out of reach of your children to prevent choking.
**Some purchases are awarded with freebies when stated.**
DO NOT complain about not getting gifts if you heard someone did.
