Since this is a 'share the love' contest, does it mean the genre can only be a happy ones?

That is a very good question! ♥

No, you are not limited to just the happy genres. You can write sad and tearjerking fics. :)

The spread the love part is more of a spread-the-love-amongst-authors-because-we-are-celebrating-the-month-of-love. :)

Your limit though, is that you shouldn't write a fic rating higher than PG-13. Else, it will be more of a spread the lust fic than a spread the love one. :)

So, as a summary, you can write any genre as long as it does not rate higher than PG-13.

One more question though; what about the length of the story? Does it have any limit on how long/short it can be?

Well, I suppose, it should at least be a drabble, of 100 words. ♥

If we don't have a beta, does that mean we can't enter? And can you explain the saving my text? I don't really understand it :x thank you :)

HI! For your first question, no, if you don't have a beta, you can join. But! Please ask someone, to run over your fic to check if you have some typos or some grammar errors. :)

If you really can't find one, I can beta yours. :) BUT This is if you really can't get one. As I've said above, there a lot of people willing to beta for you in willbetaforfood. :)

For the second question, all you have to do is write your fic using html codes; like the ones in the link I posted there. The for bold, for italics, and the likes. :)

Then copy-paste it to NOTEPAD so that you can save it in the .txt format. :)

I hope I explained it well. :)

so.. any K-pop/J-pop pairing? what about crossover?
anyway... spread some love; not the legs, my interpretation is that it's not allowed to write about spreading legs?
what if i write some gore and no sex but put the rating on NC-17?

Hello~

For your first question, Yes, crossovers are allowed. ♥ For your second question, we just used the term Spread the love; not the legs to make it catchy, but we strictly go with the K-PG13 fic rating.

Anything, whether it be sex or gore, that is rated higher than PG13 is not allowed. SORRY! :(

Yes. :) Choose a new alias though. :)
