You can't ever wring love out of your heart. There will always be some essence of it that remains. A scent that lingers on...and eventually will fade into the background of everything else...

and you know what? That's okay.

And I know...love is a hard ghost to give up. The fading into the background is harder, as it is still in the foreground, daily.

But yes, it IS or will be, OK.

I don't envy your position because i've been there far too many times. It's soul-crushing and it just pierces at you when you least expect it.

you have to do whats right for you hun, no one can say what that is but you. Please belive me when I say that there is something out there for everyone (not just talking about a partner either) and sometimes it can appear in the most unexpected places... Keep looking for it.
