I figured if I type real fast, I might warm up. It's like 10 degrees with the windchill here. WTF was I thinkin movin back home durin the winter??? *insert loser sign on forehead here*
Went to see the neurosurgeon last week and loved him!!! The guy had a Homer Simpson brain xray on one of his reader boards! FABULOUS!! Plus, he's a So Cal boy too...(I'm a So Cal girl...) He showed me the most recent MRI I had done and told me he wants to watch the cyst on my L1 and do another MRI on that one in 3-6 months. If it's grown, we discuss removal... if it hasn't, we leave it be. *YAY* Another MRI will be done of the C and T spine to figure out what the hell the cyst on my T1 is and what we should do 'bout it. He showed me the "massive degeneration" of my lower T spine discs and how there is hardly any left there. B-E-A-UTIFUL, right??? THAT explains the pain, he says...no shit, Doc, really? lol Sendin me to a physiatrist (no i didnt' mean to say podiatrist!) to help me with therapy to relieve the pain. I can't take narcotics *sigh* so I have to figure out alternative pain management techniques.
And he's sending me to Indianapolis Breast Center for this thing growin in my boob. I'm gonna name it soon... but wait...when they remove it, will I have to have a funeral? nah...to hell with that. Too much work for a bunch of organized unwanted cells.
Started back to work today...amazing how ya always bitch that ya want a day off and yet when I get TWO WEEKS worth, I'm whinin that I wanna go back to work. Such a dork I am!
What else is new? umm... I'm goin back to TX this comin weekend for a few days. SOOO excited to see my 2 favourite Texan guys!! Makin 'em take me out dancin cuz I need to get my groove on before the medical shit hits the fan...I'll regret it the next day but damnit I'll be havin fun doin it! :)
Well, I'm off to work on a Krimass present and watch "Girl Play"...probably just another cheesy dyke flick but I'm all alone here, folks...I can watch whatever I want!!
