totally unprepared for this baby!
so its 6 weeks to go, and im realizing how unprepared i am. we are borrowing a bassinet and one of those little carrier carseats. i got a cool light up cosleeping pillow from freecycle. i have about a dozen newborn sized prefolds and some newborn sized covers...i have a few clothes if its a girl-if its a boy this kid will be a cross dresser, or i will need to get everything...ugh
i still need:
a shitload of cloth diapers, covers, snappis, and cloth wipes
a pouch sling
clothes, socks, baby legs, etc...
blankets-i have like one little baby blanket
baby towels or more family towels
toiletry items like burts bees apricot baby oil, dr bronners baby mild soap, stuff for washing wool diapers, weleda baby lotion with calendula oil
i will exclusively breastfeed again so i dont need infant feeding items...though i have only a few nursing bras-they fit right now, so im worried they will be too small when the baby gets here...

what else do i need? its been almost 5 years, so i feel like a newbie all over again...
does anyone have any hand me down diapers, etc to donate? or maybe sell for cheap? my baby shower is next saturday...i hope i get some cloth diapers, but we will see...

also-i am having a mondo pregnancy craving for some cheese and bread from whole foods...and maybe a yummy baker treat...should i indulge? or be smart and frugal?
