thanks for this fic, i really mean it :)
the drabble idea was just to not ask too much of you, i am so happy you made this a full-length oneshot!
again theres so many passages id like to quote and point out. just a few ones here:
"She did not care about happily ever after. She only cared about him."
"Yi-Che knew he was far from being perfect, but perfection was overrated. Instead she knew that to her he would always be just right."
where do you take these thoughts? they are so profound and true and sometimes, like once in a month, i might have such a thought myself, but you put so many subtle feelings and expressions in every single fic of yours!
i love the way you portrayed them, and especially kei (of course ;) its what i associate with both kei and yi-che the most, too, and what i think creates their unique bond: gentleness. and you managed to convey so much gentleness in this although we all know the movie is all but gentle. another hidden side of moon child. however, you still keep to that perfect bittersweet mixture of fluff and angst as though this were an extract of the original movie script itself. fascinating!

The idea started more drabble-like to be honest. I wanted to write an extension to the beach scene in the way that I have done in this longer fic now. But when I went back to watch the Kei/Yi-Che scenes from the movie, I realized I wanted to include that sweet first meeting in the park and THEN I just wanted to give them so much more and it all piled together to... this.
What you said about the profound and true and subtle feelings in my fics... I do not know where they come from, seriously. Some of them, I can tell you as much, are my own beliefs. As for the rest... I don't know. It just comes to me when I can relate to a character on the smallest level...
What you said last must be one of the greatest compliments I have ever received. Thank you so much. *hugs tightly*

yes, the feelings are there, but i could never put my finger to it the way you can. thats why youre the writer and im the painter ;) i remember the feeling itself, the state, the expression, but i cant put it into words or create a story based on it.
what? the movie script thing? thats not a compliment, its fact.
*eagerly waiting for your next piece of art*

For a lack of better words, I think because I lack the talent of painting, I try to paint with words. Does that make sense to you?
Well, I'll definitely have to work on AYIS Chapter 03 next, hm? *smiles evilly*

make sperfect sense too ;) i like how hyde once expressed it: art is everything that evokes a certain emotion within a person.
exactly! i hope youll keep in mind that what you have learned about treating kei... u__ú send sho and yi-che to rescue him xD

That beautifully sums up what art is. But it's no wonder. I mean he is a genius with words.
