I need a serious energy boost. Just got home from a 9-hour shift at work, after getting approximately 3.5 hours of sleep, and I still have to do my C25K run for the day. And yet at the moment I can't seem to muster the energy required to get out of my chair -_-
Which isn't to say I'm not in a good mood (again!) because I totally am. I am just very, very tired.
Here's to hoping I can get my butt into my sweats and running shoes and get out that door within the next hour or so!
